Anders Glader is the Senior Vice President responsible for the Origination efforts in North America. Prior to joining Element Power, Anders was Managing Director of Origination for the WECC at Iberdrola Renewables, where he successfully secured power purchase agreements and/or asset sale agreements for over 1,200 MW of wind projects. Before Iberdrola, he was the Director of Supply and Director of Business Development for the energy service provider Green Mountain Energy. Anders has over 18 years of experience in the energy sector. Currently, he sits on the board of the Center for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Technologies (CEERT). Anders has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, a Master of Environmental Studies from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
