Evelyn is the Senior Vice President, Legal for North America. Evelyn was most recently Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for First Wind where she helped grow the company from a small start-up to an operating company with over 200 employees and over 500 MW of operating projects, while playing a significant role in raising over $2 billion of capital for the company. Prior to joining First Wind, Evelyn was a partner in the finance group at McDermott, Will & Emery LLP and an associate with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Evelyn has over 10 years of experience in the energy industry and holds a degree in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University and a JD from Fordham University.
