Jenn Black joined Element Power as Legal Counsel in November 2009. Prior to joining, Jenn worked in private practice as a corporate finance lawyer acting on a wide range of corporate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructurings, equity offerings, MBO’s/MBI’s, takeovers and joint ventures. Jenn read Jurisprudence at Lincoln College, Oxford, and took her Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. She qualified as a solicitor in 2004, having completed her training contract at Norton Rose LLP.
