José Luis Garcia has over 10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. He was previously a Development Director at Helium Energy, leading wind and solar project development in a number of different countries. Prior to Helium he was responsible for T&D engineering and construction activities for Iberdrola Renovables and Endesa. José Luis received a degree in Mechanical Engineering in Seville.
