Michael Arndt is the Vice President of Development for the Central and Mountain West Region. Michael has 8 years of experience in renewable energy development throughout the central United States. Michael comes to Element Power most recently from Invenergy, LLC, where he held the position of Director of Business Development in the Central Region. While at Invenergy, Michael played a lead role in the creation of a 2,000 megawatt development pipeline of wind energy projects and directly led the development of 450 megawatts of projects that have achieved commercial operation or are currently under construction. Prior to Invenergy, Michael was a Project Developer at Navitas Energy, a subsidiary of Gamesa Energy. At Navitas, Michael developed 350 megawatts of wind projects, 145 megawatts of which are currently operating. Michael holds a BS in Natural Resources from The University of Wisconsin-Madison.
