Mike O'Neill is a founding member of Element Power and has over 14 years experience in the renewable energy sector, specifically with Renewable Energy Systems (RES). A chartered accountant by training, he transitioned from Group Finance Director to Commercial Director of RES where his ambit comprised all activities outside of North America. As a key management figure Mike sat on both the North American and RES Group Boards, helping to steer the company from a small UK developer to a leading international developer and IPP, with thousands of MW’s built in numerous countries. Mike gained his ACA training qualification with Spicer & Oppenheim after completing an Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Brighton, UK.
